Hot Wanjo in the recording process
Hot Wanjo is recording a set of songs in our various living rooms. We'll take those recordings to Pyrate Llama studio for mixing and mastering. We should have a finished CD by June 15th. Contact me via the contact box at the top right if you'd like to reserve a copy!

Hot Wanjo!
What, you may ask, is Hot Wanjo!?!??
It's a mixture of jazz, blues, rock, and whatever else that's lying around into the sound of my band, Hot Wanjo. We used to be called All in Perspective, but several changes have occurred and renaming the band seemed like the right thing to do. The songs are the same. Some of the grooves have changed a bit. The energy is over the top. I'll have a link to the website as soon as it's up. For now, you can use http://www.myspace.com/hotwanjo or you can like us on Facebook!
Check it out! Thanks!

Where's the news???
Here's the latest:
A Country Wedding premiered March 13, 2010 at the DaVinci Film Festival in Corvallis, OR. It was a ton of work and "jump in with both feet" learning experience. Thanks to David Baker (director) and everyone who worked on the film!!
"All In Perspective" is my band with Jai King on sax/clarinet/flute/vocals, Gwyn Graves on lead vocals and guitar, Paul Marché on the upright bass, Alan Wicks on drumkit, and Ric McKenzie on auxiliary percussion/vocals/general cool vibe!
Come to our myspace to hear us and keep up or be a fan on Facebook.

A Country Wedding
Here's the status on the movie that I have been working on as the sound guy. Jai helped me immensely with the location sound (thanks!!!). It's a fun story, complex and unexpected. There's also a sweet 1969 Firebird involved.

I've added new urls that point here, so don't be afraid. sonicpainter.com, kevinelmore.com, .net, and .org all point here. I'll set up a real website soon since, as it turns out, I'm not a very prolific blogger. ;)
